Pros

You get to work with some great people; however, many are leaving as the workplace culture has become terribly toxic because of leadership.

Cons

The leaders of this company are fundamentally dishonest, and quite frankly, clueless how to run a technology company. Before the Inuit acquisition, this was a decent place to work. However, the company has had a sharp decline since the fall.

The culture is in shambles, leaders are completely absent, nothing is getting done, there is little direction, and overall it feels like we're just bailing water. I expect to see a large wave of resignations in the coming months.

Advice to Management

Please resign. This is the worst, most incompetent C-suite in my entire career. Ben Chestnut should not be running Mailchimp and should have no role inside of Intuit. He has long ago lost the trust of his "peeps," and Dan Kurzius has been absent for months as this company implodes.
