Cons

People with very little experience will be experimented in managerial roles and with no maturity to deal with situations, applying personal intentions to mishandle and mislead. They might have not much technical experience or leadership skill, just managing with catchy English words in meetings. Also, don’t give a clear scope of work or directions when the work has a lot of ambiguity, and people are made to bear a lot of mistreatment, ignorance, and partiality happening over months, which only leads to quitting. HR is powerless and not supportive to lower-level employees if any concern is raised, and they just go with management blindly.

Advice to Management

Have the right people to lead who have enough experience and capabilities. Have the management address employees' concerns and give them equal space to perform. Have no partiality between employees. Have no ill treatment done by abruptly ignoring one over another.
