Great culture and people
The company invests in its people. They support us with great ergonomics for the home office. They have several types of recognition, even in the early stages of our participation, and leave programs. They offer mobility opportunities. Intuit has several programs to empower employees and help us take our careers to another level. The office is a very friendly space, and the teams work on technical and product deliverables, which makes for a healthy environment from a technology perspective.
The Sao Paulo office is smaller in comparison to other regions, and sometimes we don't get all the perks that other regions do. This is nothing to be alarmed about, just small differences when it comes to some events or prizes.
