Great Job, but lots of rotten apples

- Some stakeholders do not understand tech at all and expect major development to be done in days instead of months.
- Non-tech stakeholders tried to decide on tech choices when they have no idea what an API is.
- Lots of blaming developers when things go wrong, but cover-ups everywhere when the stakeholders made the wrong decision.
There needs to be a better way for ICs to keep management and stakeholders accountable. There are a lot of empty promises by management that were never kept. People in management seem to get away with more screw-ups than ICs.
