One of the worst companies in my 15 years of job -- bad management
Bank balance, Free food (worst quality), Free cab. Good package, but "Don't trust the Glassdoor reviews – they're fake." Because during the joining, all HR will write Glassdoor reviews on behalf of you. All are marketing tricks.
They are copying all big companies, but in reality, they are one of the worst companies in the world. All testers are managers right now, and they have no skill at all. They want you to work like Microsoft, but the reality is different.
Be ready to be treated as second-class, be shouted at, with no cooperation, from your very first day. Recently, they have attracted all the best companies in comparison to other finance companies in India. They have their own brand team to showcase, always.
Wait for 6 months; you people will see how this company performs.
