Pros

Incentives, swanky office space, free food, swags, a clear vision from the senior leadership, and constant communication on strategy.

Cons

Low-caliber leadership in India.

Many leaders in senior roles have no people management background and are poor role models. They don't empower the team to make decisions, make unrealistic commitments, and this causes rework. There's no recognition for hard work.

Some of them play office politics and create a toxic environment. This is completely opposite to the people-friendly environment that Intuit claims to have.

Advice to Management

Train the leaders in India on culture and people management aspects. A happy and empowered workforce creates great products.
