Green card category is EB3 even if you are a senior software engineer with a master's degree and 5+ years of experience.
Promotions take forever at all levels, as there's a lot of politics.
Please respect immigrants and sponsor their green cards in EB2 if you want them to stay with your company.
Managers should stop changing goalposts to justify their actions and make the promotion process more transparent.
