Intuit used Karat, a third-party interviewing platform, to conduct a phone interview. The whole process was: * Online coding challenge * Karat phone screen * Values Interview (basically behavioral, conducted by two Intuit software engineers)
It starts with a phone interview, which is 30 minutes and asks basic Java Core questions. Then you are invited for an on-site interview. Typically, the interview runs about 4-6 hours. Sometimes there is one interviewer, and sometimes there are two.
I connected with the recruiter on LinkedIn. I got through the phone round within three weeks, and the onsite was really challenging. The overall process took six to seven weeks. Everyone was really friendly and asked good questions.
