Intuit has a great workplace and great resources for everyone. If you know what you want to do and are passionate enough, you can find your way to achieve great outcomes.
Work-life balance is fine. Hardly ever do we face any difficulty with any technical or physical resources.
Intuit is a great place to work. May not be all the work is great. Some of the teams do amazing work. Some teams do not-so-great work. Some products are too old for new ideas. If an employee falls into old product teams, it is difficult to grow. You need a lot of will to steer your career yourself and justify your future perspective to management.
Always have some exciting work for everyone. Keeping a few teams confined to old work and keeping others to new work is not a great combination.
