Pros
  1. Good benefits
  2. Flexible working hours
Cons
  1. Worst kind of politics, fast catching up with Cisco, Ebay, etc. in work culture.
  2. Stuffing teams with lots of contracting folks is degrading quality like anything.
  3. "Keep the boss happy" is the one-point agenda of all.
  4. No learning in terms of tech; only patching stuff is happening.
Advice to Management
  1. Don't keep shuffling your priorities on a daily basis.
  2. Take AES results seriously and crack the whip on the middle-men in the management tier.
