Pros

Pay and PTO are great.

Cons

It used to be a company focused on values and having top talent. Now, it's about delivering fast, even if it's buggy, and throwing people under the bus so the layoff is not on you.

Leadership takes little to no accountability when things go sideways, even if it was their decision to go in a certain direction. Now, it's finding someone to blame for the problems.

There is no work-life balance either. Expect to be called on weekends, holidays, or in the middle of the night.

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees and change the culture while you still have good talent.
