Amazing culture, like I've never seen at any company. Exceptional CEO, talented engineering teams treated like part of a family with respect, and never any fear of backstabbing or throwing you under the bus. Great work-life balance. This company is truly a hidden gem.
Vacation policy is not competitive, as you only start out with two weeks per year as a new hire. Medical benefits are disappointing as well.
