Intuit provided a suite of great benefits.
Intuit is a large company and, in my experience, quite an impersonal environment to work in. It's also a very stable company where change happens gradually.
Overly hierarchical management structure.
Really smooth and well-organized interview. The first few rounds were with a third-party company. The "Lays" round was online with employees. They were understanding and intelligent. Felt like they were interested in me and my journey.
The recruiter reached out to me and scheduled an initial intro call. The call went great, and next, I was scheduled for a technical phone screen. I solved the technical phone screen and passed all the test cases. I haven't heard anything back.
1. LeetCode question - Medium 2. Superday - 4 hours * Live coding: Repository, User stories, E2E Testing, Unit Testing * Technical round: AWS, Jenkins, Architecture * AI Round * Behavioural Round
