The initial call was an informal chat, and the second stage was a coding exercise, which I didn't perform well enough on. However, Intuit was very kind and phoned me back, providing super useful feedback on which points I didn't meet the requirement

It was okay. I went through every step and was told I'd passed and had the final recruiter call. Then they ghosted me for more than a month. When I reached out, they said the position was unavailable anymore.

The interview process was good. The interviewer was friendly and helpful, and they helped me reach the optimized solutions. Overall, it was a learning experience. I applied via employee referral, and the process was quite smooth and hassle-free.
