There is a lot of opportunity to grow and learn from experienced developers. Everybody was really friendly, encouraging, and helpful. Work-life balance is great, and they really took into account my goals and the kind of work I wanted to do.
At times, I did not feel as challenged. This might be a different experience as a full-time employee, of course.
