Phone and 1:1 interviews. The 1:1 interviews were with 3 different people. They were very easy, in fact, extremely easy. It was so easy that anyone can get into work at this particular place. It was super easy.

It was an internal referral, so all I had was an on-site interview. I spoke with seven different people, from senior engineer to director. The interviews were fairly easy, perhaps because it was an internal referral. I spent most of the time talking
