Work-life balance. I really like this company.
I think the "cons" for me.
The process was fairly standard. It involved a coding assessment and an outsourced interview, followed by a call with the recruiter to discuss the offer and other details.
Several weeks after being referred to Intuit, I received a coding challenge and then an interview from Karat. The interview was three parts and progressively more difficult, but being able to solve LeetCode easy to medium difficulty should suffice.
The overall process took over a month. It started with a brief call with the recruiter, followed by: * Two telephonic phone screens, each one hour long. * A Craft demo, which takes 3-4 hours to finish. * Four hours of on-site interviews.
