Great work culture
While being very well planned, the work schedule for every employee at Intuit allows us to balance our personal life and work easily. Like their customer obsession, they are employee-centric too.
They have started back to work in person and encouraged to come to the office. For people who prefer to work from home, this is a big disadvantage.
