Overall good, but cross-time zone communication can affect work/life balance

Overall good culture. Employees are recognized and rewarded.
I'm not sure of the stats, but around half of engineers are in India and around half are in the Pacific time zone. Given that, even when the company does try to do good separation of teams between the time zones, there's still plenty of cross-team communication required. So, don't be surprised to be in late-night meetings and receive Slack messages at night (depends on team).
