People are friendly and very nice in all orgs. Benefits are great. The company tries to have parties and do nice things for employees. The bonus for high performers is great. Good gender diversity. Work/life balance is excellent. A great company to retire at.
Pay is bad. RSUs are OK.
There is a select group of individuals who drive all technical decisions for the sake of making a technical decision. Very little racial diversity in the engineering organizations. Hardly any white, black, or oriental; almost exclusively Indians across QA and dev.
Vertical movement within the company is hard.
Remove middle management. Embrace technology. Stop requiring "6-pagers" and other BS like that. Let everyone get to work by protecting your employees from bureaucracy.
