Pros

401K and stocks, Caltrain, gym, and some perks.

Cons

Lots of Indians. No balance in diversity.

The company has direction, but the management is miserable.

The management process is abusive. I hate to see how individual performers are treated.

They give good employees mediocre overall ratings because of politics and stack ranking.

Advice to Management

Please take your employees' feedback seriously and fire all the old-time managers. Really consider an employee's worth to the company and not to your companionship. If an entire team is not happy with their manager, it's not an issue with the team; it's an issue with the manager.
