I talked to the recruiter. Then, I had one session with a current employee building a frontend form. After that, I had another session with two employees. This session covered: 1. Simple algorithm issues 2. Design talks on things I have built

The overall process took over a month. It started with a brief call with the recruiter, followed by: * Two telephonic phone screens, each one hour long. * A Craft demo, which takes 3-4 hours to finish. * Four hours of on-site interviews.

Phone screen by recruiter followed by technical phone interview. The onsite interview occurred within a week of the initial contact. The offer came within a few days after the onsite interview.
