I applied through other source.
Overall - Not a positive experience. I quite liked talking to the CTO who seems very much interested in growing team. He delegated the process to Director of Engineering and I couldn't get a sense of direction in the following conversations.
There's a lack of strategic clarity on team expansion as meetings have been ill-organised with no structure/purpose. They shared that there's an urgency to expand team as they recently have gotten funding but I failed to get details of company's vision and purpose for the team expansion. The director of engineering was late in the meeting, didn't apologise and was more interested in explaining her role and organisation. There were no concrete answers when I asked for expectation from this role.
