I applied online. The process took 2 weeks.
The atmosphere was very chill; it seemed more like real-time work with your colleague. When I got stuck, the interviewer gave me useful hints. Overall, it took around 1 hour: initial problem, 2 follow-ups, and questions from my side at the end of the interview. He did not expect the "best" solution from me, and I felt like the communication (my questions about edge cases, clear statement of my ideas, etc.) was much more important (though clean code is obviously also essential).
