I was emailed to set up a phone interview. The email also mentioned that I would likely be tested on my functional programming ability, but that would only happen further down the interview process. The first phone interview was scheduled for around a week or two after the email (it could have been earlier).

People around are very smart and, which is not too common in the area, are generally nice.
Managers are very responsive; if you do not like the thing you are working on, you would most probably be able to transition to something else.
