Process
The entire interview process is technically focused.
It includes a phone interview, a shared coding site, and a short period for questions after solving.
The onsite portion consists of four 1-hour interviews plus lunch. The people were very friendly, all very clever, and asked interesting problems. They queried my understanding of the language by asking about specific implementation details.

I am not able to share specific questions, but my suggestion would be to practice Google Code Jam problems.
