Process
The process started with a recruiter call to discuss my resume and goals. This was followed by a technical phone screen, and then the on-site interview.
The on-site consisted of:
- Two to three technical interviews (2:1 ratio)
- One culture fit interview
I didn't end up getting the role, but everyone was very respectful throughout the process, and I was never left in limbo. The biggest issue was that I was not on the East Coast, and they still required the on-site interview to start at 9-10 AM EST.
