The office is wonderful, and the food is amazing!
Cons: Not very transparent with upward mobility.
Exit opportunities are sub-par due to the nature of the engineering problems solved.
More senior people kind of ignore others. I have had several messages ack'd by senior employees only to ultimately be ignored.
