I had a phone interview where we went over a technical problem. The interviewer described the problem in a very clear and well-defined way. I was allowed to code in any language I wanted to, and I ended up going with Python. The response times are good; this company will not ghost you.

Pros: I got to learn a lot. They give a lot of thought during project assignment to fit in your preferences. People are really nice and approachable. Although some people are trying too hard to fit into the "we are very nice people" mindset, and it shows they don't actually mean it.
Cons: Experience in OCaml is a con because it is not used much elsewhere in the industry.
Did not give proper feedback upon releasing the offer decisions.
My mentor had way high expectations for an intern who is new to the codebase and language.
