Very professional, great recruiters. They reached out based on a previous interview I had with them and went straight to the first round. It was a practical coding question, with more of a focus on API design and precise implementation than anything else.

Pros: I got to learn a lot. They give a lot of thought during project assignment to fit in your preferences. People are really nice and approachable. Although some people are trying too hard to fit into the "we are very nice people" mindset, and it shows they don't actually mean it.
Cons: Experience in OCaml is a con because it is not used much elsewhere in the industry.
Did not give proper feedback upon releasing the offer decisions.
My mentor had way high expectations for an intern who is new to the codebase and language.

Pros: Compensation, smart people, work-life balance (e.g. access to work email only from work), doesn't feel hierarchical, free food.
Cons: Secretive (understandably), interns don't get access to confidential market data, which limits what you can work on. Gained weight from the free food.
