Software Engineering Interview Experience

Process

I received an email stating that my application was received and that they wanted to interview me.

They mentioned that things were taking longer than expected on their end, but they subsequently delayed the first interview for about three months.

When I finally reached the phone interview stage, the collaborative editing software they used was quite buggy and repeatedly required both of us to refresh the page.

Unsurprisingly, this was highly distracting and made it difficult to focus on the questions.

They contacted me a day later to inform me they would not be moving forward with my application.
