Process

Phone round (60 minutes) -> In-person onsite (whole day, consisting of 2 70-minute interviews, lunch, one 70-minute interview, and an ungraded Q&A). Most offers are given directly onsite, after the Q&A. They often dismiss candidates at lunch if they performed poorly in the first two onsite rounds.

Their prep guide is quite accurate. Questions aren't entirely LeetCode style, but LeetCode definitely helps. They seem to care more about what happens during the interview than the final code's quality, but for the onsite, fully solving the problem is the bare minimum.

I got through the whole day but didn't receive an offer because, during follow-up discussions for round three, I struggled to communicate my algorithm for 10 minutes.

The hiring bar is exceptionally high, partly due to it being a competitive internship. However, their questions are also heavily leaked. The best advice is to thoroughly research available information online before your phone and onsite interviews, and then present your solutions with an effortless demeanor.

Minor bugs are not a significant issue, but if your momentum stops at any point during the interview or you require a hint, you are likely finished.
