Pros: Wonderful people: some of the smartest guys I've met in tech companies (and this includes Google and Facebook) and very kind. Cosy atmosphere. Salary, etc., very high. Interesting job responsibilities. It is nice to work in OCaml.
Cons: You need to perform really well for them to consider you.

Pros: Compensation, benefits, work, smart people. It used to be very collaborative, but now it's occasionally collaborative.
Making Markets is fun and interesting to study and learn about.
In earlier days, prioritizing work-life balance was done well, as it was needed for ambitious workers.
Cons: Silos, secrecy, lack of transparency, no distribution of common tools leading to tool redundancy, project ideation easily and often shot down, egos, and work-life balance has gotten worse over the years.
