Wonderful people: some of the smartest guys I've met in tech companies (and this includes Google and Facebook) and very kind. Cosy atmosphere. Salary, etc., very high. Interesting job responsibilities. It is nice to work in OCaml.
You need to perform really well for them to consider you.
