In earlier days, prioritizing work-life balance was done well, as it was needed for ambitious workers.
Silos, secrecy, lack of transparency, no distribution of common tools leading to tool redundancy, project ideation easily and often shot down, egos, and work-life balance has gotten worse over the years.
