Amazingly smart and hard-working co-workers.
Top-notch benefits.
Fairly flat hierarchy for the size of the company.
Work is exciting.

Similar to other trading firms, the secrecy can be slightly annoying.
1. First-round interview: A medium LeetCode problem about algorithms. 2. Passed and changed into quant trader. 3. Online interview test. About four probability questions. 4. Failed. And I cannot continue my SWE interview.
Interview was more about implementation and the ways you think. No algorithms or data structure questions, more object-oriented programming. You need to write code fast while explaining your moves to the interviewer.
Pretty simple LeetCode medium. Took me a bit because I was overcomplicating it, but in the end, it only required one `for` loop and two dictionaries. Needed to code two functions.
