I got to learn a lot. They give a lot of thought during project assignment to fit in your preferences. People are really nice and approachable. Although some people are trying too hard to fit into the "we are very nice people" mindset, and it shows they don't actually mean it.
Experience in OCaml is a con because it is not used much elsewhere in the industry.
