not really that great

Pros: It's a trading company, so pay is better than average, though the work can be uninspired. Many smart people are around.
Cons: I have not been here so long, but it feels bloated and maybe struggling with so much tech debt and too many people. It is surprising how much process is manual and not the right tool for the job.

It used to be a good place to work, but now there's too much politics
Software Developer • Former Employee

Pros: Decent work environment, if you can handle the whole open concept type of seating arrangement. Pay seems pretty good.
Cons: Too much politics.
Either you're in the group of golden children or you're definitely not.
Too many high-level people, yet not very good project management.

Pros: Lots of offices, so travel to many places is a perk. Groups have good projects. People are friendly (mostly).
Cons: The Linux group can be difficult to work with. There is project overlap, and you might find that you have to compete with others. I think this is a fault of management in general, but to be fair to them, they have to struggle with the politics of the job.
