I have some good friends, but it is not easy to think of anything great here. Nothing you could not find better at other places.
The politics are vicious, and leadership is ineffective or not existent. There is no path to grow. It feels like we are in decline and better days are behind us. The office is crowded and always under construction. Europe is not important to the company, so it is not a priority.
