The people who interviewed me and the recruiters involved did not accurately describe the culture or office setup. There is a lot of drama and politics. It's incredibly inefficient and lacks transparency. It doesn't feel like much of a business plan exists. There are loads of secret meetings. The tech stack is mostly old and bloated. It is all just so unimpressive from the inside.
This place needs a reorg.
There were 2 stages of the interview. Stage 1: One interview. Some coding problems, knowledge of C++, and some questions related to projects in the resume. Stage 2: Three interviews. Two coding interviews and one HR interview. More coding problems.
