WLB is really good.
I don't think there's any cons.
First: OA with 3 middle-level algorithm problems on Codility. Next: Casual chat with HR about job-related issues, but not technical. Next: Two rounds of technical interviews. Final: HR interview.
I interviewed at Jump Trading for a Software Engineer Intern position. The first interview is a technical interview. Afterwards, you have an on-site day with multiple technical interviews. The interviewers have all been very nice people to interact
There was first an OA. The questions were standard and implementation-based. They were not very difficult. Mostly, I guess they are checking the style of your coding and how fast you can implement it.
