Good office with a great view. Clear responsibility areas. Pays well. Interesting corporate events.
The carrier path is confusing. Higher management says the titles don't matter. Perhaps it is so for them, but it ends up with random and unreasonable title assignments, which leads to unnecessary tensions (conclusion from conversations with colleagues).
