Everything is great: compensation, work-life balance, extremely knowledgeable & friendly co-workers.
I can't think of any cons.
1 technical LC hard, Onsite had 3 LC med-hards. They were DSA related, and more mathy: * One permutation question * One packet question * One string * One with numbers One behavioral interview which was a simple resume review.
First, I was approached by a recruiter and had a call with him. The second round was a technical interview with the tech lead. The technical interview was not hard, but I was ambushed with a lot of resume questions.
All the interviewers were respectful and focused on problem-solving, not just static knowledge. Interviewers were patient and helped guide me when I struggled. All the interviewers seemed pretty smart and quick on their feet.
