I applied online on LinkedIn and got a call from the hiring manager the next day. They scheduled a telephonic interview with the team I was interviewing with.
The telephonic interview was straightforward, as they asked about my projects and current work experience.
A week later, they called me to their office for the on-site interview. I had 5 interviews over there, and all of them went really well. The interviewers even seemed impressed.
While I was optimistic about getting an offer, I had no contact from Juniper for over 4 weeks, despite a few follow-up emails from my side. Then, out of the blue, I received a generic email from the hiring manager stating, 'They have decided not to go ahead with my application.'
The frustrating part was not about getting rejected, but the poor response from the hiring team and absolutely no reply when I asked for feedback. It was really unprofessional in their approach.
Generic questions regarding my projects and the profile I had applied for.
