Got a call from the director of the group. I was not told the position beforehand, and I was expecting very subjective questions on my expertise and existing technologies. I got the feeling that the interviewer was expecting specific answers to the subjective questions on technologies like network virtualization, SDN, etc. I did not get a chance to talk about what their group does or does not. I felt it was slightly unprofessional on the interviewer's part.
I am right now driving. Is it okay to talk now?
