Written test. Three-round face-to-face interview: * Managerial round * Director round HR discussion. Once the interview and HR discussion are completed, they will take at least two weeks to generate an offer.

One phone followed by five onsite rounds. The process moved along quite fast. I got a recruiter call to set up the first phone interview, followed by the onsite interviews. I interviewed at Juniper Networks.

Interview processing was okay, and I performed well. They said they would give me an offer. The HR was a total disaster. Communication was lost from time to time. I feel they were very dishonest, which made me very frustrated. Terrible experience.
