• Decent benefits.
• Looks good on the resume.

• Stay away from IT. Extreme nepotism and favoritism. Senior leaders in IT tend to bring in their own folks from prior companies and give them hikes and promotions.

• Incompetent CYA IT management without the guts to stand up to what is right.

• Too many VPs in IT and Strategic Alliances with not much output.

• The Business Enablement group is useless and tends to take credit for others' success while blaming others in case of failures.

Don't become another Cisco and treat employees better. The founder, Pradeep Sindhu, should step in and hope that this company doesn't go to the dogs.
