Great place to work. Lots of experienced people to work with. Good projects and very solid software infrastructure to work on. Competitive salary.
It's really hard to think of cons. The process can be improved a little bit, since it's not a start-up company anymore. Provide more tools and infrastructure to help software engineers' jobs.
