Company policy and the work environment are really good. You are free to work any time; no one will be watching you. There is no login or logout time, but there will be more work and lots of meetings. Juniper has a culture where you are involved in meetings for a lot of time.
Work-wise: If you are on a good project, then it's good. Otherwise, if you are on a legacy project, then it's really hectic. You will get lots of IL/CL PRs, lots of effort, and very less results.
Canteen food test is not good. Cab service is too expensive, and the commuter application is not good.
Everything is good. All service is manageable, either cab or food. But please take care of employee internal switches. If you have vacancies and are hiring from outside, please allow employees who are already working in Juniper and are not satisfied with their work and are trying to change projects, with a serious note.
The interview process was very good. I faced three technical rounds and then one manager round. After clearing all these rounds, the HR round happened. The total complete process was very good.
There were 4 rounds of interview, and I had good talks with the interviewers, including HR. The interviewers were very good technically, and it was nice talking to them. They came up with very good scenario-based questions, which I struggled to ans
I got a call from Juniper Network Talent Acquisition Manager and had the interview scheduled after one week. There were 5 rounds, all technical rounds. 80% of questions were average, and some were difficult, but not too difficult.
