Pros

Great colleagues, good environment, and good salary.

Cons

Directionless top management, lack of planning, and delayed product releases resulting in unhappy customers.

Hire and Fire Policy.

It has become the latest trend to fire employees every quarter of the year. There is no value for loyal, hard-working, and performing employees. Cost-cutting procedures can cut you short at any time, even if you are a well-performing, loyal employee.

Advice to Management

Loyalty is a two-way street. If you are not loyal to employees, there is no point in expecting the same from them. In the long run, investors won't help you run the company, but good and loyal employees will. Investors are here to make short-term gains and are not interested in the company's future at all.
